Nagenoeg alle producten in de webwinkel van Old & Smiley zijn oude en/of gebruikte spullen. Je kunt daarom geen nieuwstaat verwachten, tenzij dit vermeld wordt bij het product. De producten worden zorgvuldig gefotografeerd en als er een gebrek ontdekt wordt dat niet zichtbaar is op de foto dan wordt dit extra vermeld.
Dit met uitzondering van aanstekers. Door oxidatie van het vuursteentje kan het voorkomen dat het wieltje of de drukknop niet goed werkt. Dit staat niet bij de producten vermeld, omdat dit vaker voorkomt bij oude aanstekers. Door de aansteker schoon te maken en het vuursteentje te verwijderen kan je dit euvel zelf eenvoudig verhelpen.

Old & Smiley is vrijgesteld van BTW heffing.
All products in the Old & Smiley webshop are old and / or used items. You can therefore not expect a new condition, unless stated with the product. The products are photographed and if a defect is discovered that is not visible in the photo, this will be stated additionally.
This with the exception of lighters. Oxidation of the flint may prevent the wheel or push button from working properly. This is not stated with the products, because this is more common with old lighters. By cleaning the lighter and removing the flint you can easily solve this problem yourself.
